I value gently getting to the heart of what makes us human, whether that’s exploring the stories and patterns shaping your life, reconnecting with emotions you’ve been avoiding, or finding ways to balance your drive with self-compassion. I’m not here to judge or dole out cliché advice. You’ve likely spent plenty of time grappling with the “shoulds,” the “why can’t I figure this outs.” Instead, I’ll walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and space to rediscover the parts of yourself buried under stress, expectations, or self-doubt. I get the weight of hiding parts of yourself that feel too sensitive, too overwhelming, or too vulnerable.
With a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and postdoctoral training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. I’ve worked in outpatient and medical settings. My work combines professional expertise with a compassionate, down-to-earth warmth that respects both the complexity and resilience of the human experience.
Outside of my work, I love quiet mornings with coffee, my husband, and our cat before exploring NYC’s hidden corners and its unique creative energy.
